We all know how it feels like. Your phone rings, he rants, you listen. Ten minutes wait and finally hear the dreaded message: "To make the long story short..." By the time your mind starts to think on how to curb that common response to your ditz-of-a-caller, your stress levels are sky high.
Inadequate breaks, script reading, timed conversations and excessive monitoring are just some of those freaking things you hate about your job. Too worked up when you realized that your name is already pinned to your team's 'shame boards' for not being able to meet your targets.
Now spare a thought for the person on the other end of the telephone and your nagger-of-a-boss you wish throwing out of the window from your giant hangar-like buildings. Breathe in, breathe out because here comes YOUR place to destress yourself.
